At Nafanny’s Sspa hatha yoga classes are also available.
We teach a blend of different styles depending on the students
needs. Hatha yoga includes flows of asanas or postures,
meditation and breathing techniques (pranayama) that benefit
the body and mind in different ways. Practising hatha yoga
leads to greater health, fitness, relaxation and peace of
mind. It also allows us to deal with the daily stress in
a more relaxed and harmonious manner. Outdoor classes, weather
permitting, add to a sense of connection with nature while
practising the ancient arts from the east.
