How much does a massage cost in Aruba?

What a massage costs at Nafanny Spa

These prices are for one person, in US dollars. What you pay depends on the kind of massage, how long it lasts and any add-ons you choose.

For two

A couples massage is two massages at the same time, each with your own therapist. The price on the couples list covers both of you.

At your hotel, villa or house

A mobile massage costs the price of the massage plus a travel fee of $30 per person. The fee covers the journey and setting up.

What massages cost elsewhere on the island

So that you can compare: in October 2026 the published menus of three resort spas listed a Swedish or relaxing massage of 50 or 60 minutes at $120 to $175, and a deep tissue massage of the same length at $140 to $200; one of the three gives its prices as “from” prices. The two that list a couples massage priced it at $200 and from $360.

Menus change, so treat those figures as a guide and read the menu of the spa you are considering.

Three things to check on any spa menu

• The length. Some menus sell a 50-minute massage and others a full 60, so compare like with like.
• What is added when you pay. One of the resort menus we read adds a 20% service charge to the final bill. Ask before you book.
• Whether a couples price is for one person or for two. Ours is for two.

Tipping

Tipping in Aruba is not obligatory, and how much you leave is up to you. Some restaurants and bars add a service charge of 10 to 15% to the bill, and a spa may add one too.
